MEET Molly Rose.

Owner & Founder, Virtual Assistant Management

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in online operations and a deep understanding of the virtual assistant role, Molly Rose embarked on a mission to professionalize this career and service.

Driven by her passion for excellence and a genuine desire to make a difference, she established the Virtual Assistant Academy and Certification program. This groundbreaking initiative was born out of a need to set higher standards in the virtual assistant profession. Through comprehensive training and rigorous certification, Molly Rose has elevated the skillset and professionalism of virtual assistants.

Today, Molly is proud to say that over 150 virtual assistants have been certified through the Virtual Assistant Academy, over half of which are military sposues. These certified professionals have become the backbone of support for countless entrepreneurs, enabling them to reclaim their time and rediscover their passion for their work.

Meet Christina Snuffin

Talent Acquisition Manager

With a robust background in staffing, marketing, and personnel management, Christina is our in house expert for making the perfect placement. In 2021, she earned a Project Management Certification from UNC-Chapel Hill's School of Digital & Lifelong Learning, enhancing her ability to transform ambitious visions into well-structured plans for seamless execution by our Virtual Assistant team.

Christina excels in guiding clients to identify optimal hires for their organizations by clarifying operational needs. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a devoted military spouse and mother of two. An ardent arts enthusiast, Christina holds an undergraduate degree in Arts Management and a Master's degree in Higher Education Recreation Leadership, showcasing her creative spirit and commitment to building effective teams.
